About Me
I am an AI Solutions Architect.
Fratres X AI is led by Kyle Bean, Founder and Principal Architect of Artificial Intelligence Solutions. The work sits at the intersection of defense technology prototypes, AI safety, contested autonomy, medical AI reliability, and systems architecture. The operating style is simple: brilliant focus, ruthless drive, and respect for physics.
Origin
Built from work ethic before credentials.
Kyle comes from a family of farmers and spent his working life in hard physical jobs: chef, commercial landscaper, meat cutter. A damp step off a commercial mower caused a full uncontrolled split, bilateral SI joint dysfunction, and a hand injury. After years of workers' comp and a left-side SI fusion with allograft, the old path was gone.
The rebuild started with predictive modeling for professional sports wagering, then moved into GPU infrastructure, medical detection AI, safeguards, contested autonomy, and defensive systems. In less than a year, that self-directed path produced a first-place Safeguards Blue Team classifier judged by UK AISI and Gray Swan.
One Vision. One Mission.
The modern security environment is moving quickly: autonomous systems, drone swarms, contested electromagnetic environments, degraded navigation, and AI-enabled adversaries are changing the shape of technical risk.
Fratres X AI focuses on rapid but disciplined iteration from concept to working prototype, grounded in honest uncertainty quantification, cost realism, reviewable evidence, and practical integration constraints.
Private work stays private. Public repositories are fair game. Defense work stays defensive: no illegal work, no free technical handouts, and nothing intended to put Americans or allies in danger.
Physics before narrative
We start from models, constraints, uncertainty, and validation rather than polished claims.
Prototype honesty
We separate research, prototype, and production boundaries so the work stays clear and defensible.
Adversarial thinking
Blue Team and Red Team experience inform how we evaluate reliability, misuse, and system failure modes.
Let's work together!
We'd love to hear about your goals and explore how we can help.
